OBJECTIVES
The set of multidisciplinary skills acquired in this course, of a technical and practical nature, will enable Equipment Design graduates to contribute, in a decisive way, to the functionality, safety and beauty of the spaces in which we live or work and the objects we use, guaranteeing the accessibility for all types of population, rationalizing production systems, the use of natural resources and protecting the environment.
ACHIEVEMENT PROFILE
Equipment Design course graduates are able to design products and equipment, defining the style, shape, dimensions, colors and general appearance, having the competence to base their action on available studies on functional requirements, materials , manufacturing processes and techniques, cost limitations and preferences of potential consumers.
The master virtual modeling tools in 2D and 3D (modeling environments and equipment), rendering, powerpoint; digital photography.
They know how to integrate themselves professionally into multidisciplinary teams and work towards objectives, respecting and enforcing the rules and professional codes by which their activity is governed.
They have the technical skills to create innovative solutions, the ability to develop projects according to their creativity and respect for rules and regulations and with concerns for society, art, the environment, humanity and technology.
